กรรมการซึ่งรัฐมนตรีแต่งตั้งมีวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งคราวละสามปี เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๖๘ ก หนา้ ๒๒ กรรมการตามวรรคหนึ่งซึ่งพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระ อาจได้รับการแต่งตั้งอีกได้ แต่จะดำรง ตำแหน่งติดต่อกันเกินสองวาระไม่ได้ เมื่อครบกำหนดตามวาระในวรรคหนึ่ง หากยังมิได้มีการแต่งตั้งกรรมการขึ้นใหม่ ให้กรรมการ ซึ่งพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระนั้นอยู่ในตำแหน่งเพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไปจนกว่ากรรมการซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งใหม่ เข้ารับหน้าที่
