ผู้สนับสนุนหรือได้รับผลตอบแทนจากการกระทำความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกับตัวการในความผิดนั้น เว้นแต่เป็นกรณีที่ผู้กระทำการดังกล่าวเป็นคนประจำเรือ ซึ่งมิได้เป็นเจ้าของเรือหรือผู้ควบคุมเรือ และศาลเห็นว่าเป็นการกระทำไปตามคำสั่งการของเจ้าของเรือ หรือผู้ควบคุมเรือ ศาลจะไม่ลงโทษหรือลงโทษผู้นั้นน้อยกว่าที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น เพียงใดก็ได้ เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๓๐ ก หนา้ ๑๙
