ถ้าการกระทำผิดซึ่งมีโทษปรับทางปกครองเป็นความผิดต่อเนื่องและพนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่สั่งลงโทษปรับทางปกครองสำหรับความผิดนั้น ผู้กระทำความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับรายวัน อีกนับแต่วันที่มีคำสั่งลงโทษปรับทางปกครองดังกล่าวตลอดเวลาที่ยังฝ่าฝืนหรือจนกว่าจะปฏิบัติให้ ถูกต้องในอัตราดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) กรณีโทษปรับทางปกครองตามมาตรา ๑๙และมาตรา ๒๐ให้ปรับอีกวันละไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท
(๒) กรณีโทษปรับทางปกครองตามมาตรา ๒๑ ให้ปรับอีกวันละไม่เกินสองพันบาท
(๓) กรณีโทษปรับทางปกครองตามมาตรา ๒๒ให้ปรับวันละไม่เกินสามพันบาท
