Section ๓๑
เมื่อปรากฏว่าผู้ประกอบธุรกิจไม่ประกอบธุรกิจหรือหยุดประกอบธุรกิจ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. ประกาศกำหนด ให้รัฐมนตรีมีอำนาจเพิกถอนการอนุญาตหรือ ธปท. มีอำนาจ เพิกถอนการขึ้นทะเบียนของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนั้นได้ แล้วแต่กรณี ธปท. มีอำนาจสั่งให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจที่หยุดประกอบธุรกิจตามวรรคหนึ่งต้องปฏิบัติอย่างหนึ่ง อย่างใดเพื่อคุ้มครองประโยชน์ของผู้ใช้บริการด้วยก็ได้
