ในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์ในการดำเนินพิธีการศุลกากร พนักงาน ศุลกากรผู้กำกับท่าเรือรับอนุญาต จะสั่งให้เอาของที่ยังไม่ได้ตรวจเข้าเก็บไว้ในโรงพักสินค้าหรือที่มั่นคงก็ได้
