ให้อธิบดีมีอำนาจสั่งเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๑๑๒ เมื่อผู้ได้รับ ใบอนุญาตกระทำการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ไม่ดำเนินการภายในกำหนดเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับใบอนุญาต หรือหยุดดำเนินการ ติดต่อกันเกินกว่าหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันโดยไม่ได้แจ้งให้อธิบดีทราบ ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไข ที่อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด
(๒) ถูกพักใช้ใบอนุญาตตั้งแต่สองครั้งขึ้นไป
(๓) ฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาต
(๔) ไม่ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมรายปีภายในระยะเวลาที่อธิบดีกำหนดตามมาตรา ๑๑๓ วรรคสอง
