ในกรณีที่มีกฎหมายบัญญัติให้ของใดได้รับยกเว้นหรือคืนอากรเมื่อส่งออกไป นอกราชอาณาจักร หากนำของนั้นเข้าไปในเขตปลอดอากร ให้ได้รับยกเว้นหรือคืนอากร โดยให้ถือว่า ของนั้นได้ส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักรในเวลาที่ได้นำของเช่นว่านั้นเข้าไปในเขตปลอดอากร ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด
