Section ๑๗

การกำหนดราคาศุลกากรในกรณีนำของเข้าจะต้องรวมค่าประกันภัย ค่าขนส่งของ ค่าขนของลง ค่าขนของขึ้น และค่าจัดการต่าง ๆที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับการขนส่งของที่นำเข้ามายังด่านศุลกากร ในกรณีที่ไม่มีมูลค่าของรายการค่าประกันภัยหรือค่าขนส่งของ หรือไม่มีค่าขนของลง ค่าขนของขึ้น หรือค่าจัดการต่าง ๆ ตามที่กำหนดในวรรคหนึ่ง การกำหนดมูลค่าของรายการดังกล่าวให้เป็นไปตามที่ อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด
