ห้ามมิให้เรือที่อยู่ในเขตต่อเนื่องขนถ่ายของใด ๆ โดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร หรือไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากพนักงานศุลกากร ของใดที่เกี่ยวกับการกระทำความผิดตามมาตรานี้ ให้ริบเสียทั้งสิ้น ไม่ว่าจะมีผู้ถูกลงโทษ ตามคำพิพากษาหรือไม่
