ให้กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในคณะกรรมการวินิจฉัยอากรศุลกากร ตามพระราชบัญญัติศุลกากร พุทธศักราช ๒๔๖๙ ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ ใช้บังคับ เป็นกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในคณะกรรมการวินิจฉัยอากรศุลกากรตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ต่อไป จนกว่าจะได้มีการแต่งตั้งกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในคณะกรรมการวินิจฉัยอากรศุลกากรตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ ต้องไม่เกินหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
