เงินของกองทุนให้นำไปใช้จ่ายได้เท่าที่จำเป็นในกรณี ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) การว่าจ้างที่ปรึกษาตามที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้
(๒) การพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลและองค์ความรู้ และการเผยแพร่ อบรม ให้ความรู้ และให้คำแนะนำ เกี่ยวกับการร่วมลงทุนระหว่างรัฐและเอกชน
(๓) ค่าใช้จ่ายในการบริหารกองทุน เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๒๙ ก หนา้ ๒๔
