ในกรณีที่กฎหมายใดที่มีผลใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ มีการอ้างอิงถึงกฎหมายว่าด้วยการให้เอกชนร่วมลงทุนในกิจการของรัฐ ให้ถือว่าการอ้างอิงดังกล่าว ในกฎหมายนั้นเป็นการอ้างอิงถึงพระราชบัญญัตินี้
