โครงการร่วมลงทุนที่มีมูลค่าต่ำกว่าห้าพันล้านบาทหรือต่ำกว่ามูลค่าที่กำหนดเพิ่มขึ้น โดยกฎกระทรวง ให้ดำเนินการตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่คณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนด หากคณะกรรมการเห็นว่าโครงการร่วมลงทุนตามวรรคหนึ่ง เป็นโครงการร่วมลงทุนที่มีความสำคัญ หรือสอดคล้องกับแผนการจัดทำโครงการร่วมลงทุนตามมาตรา ๑๒คณะกรรมการจะกำหนดให้หน่วยงาน เจ้าของโครงการดำเนินการตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ก็ได้ เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๒๙ ก หนา้ ๖
