เมื่อคณะกรรมการคัดเลือกพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ที่สมควรได้รับแต่งตั้งเป็นกรรมการ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตามมาตรา ๖
(๔) แล้ว ให้เสนอรายชื่อต่อรัฐมนตรีพร้อมเหตุผลการคัดเลือก เพื่อเสนอ คณะรัฐมนตรีแต่งตั้ง ทั้งนี้ ให้เสนอเหตุผลการคัดเลือกของกรรมการคัดเลือกแต่ละคนเพื่อประกอบ การพิจารณาแต่งตั้งด้วย
