ให้สำนักงานมีหน้าที่ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของรัฐวิสาหกิจให้สอดคล้องกับ หลักเกณฑ์ที่ คนร. กำหนดตามมาตรา ๒๙ ทั้งนี้ สำนักงานจะต้องกำหนดวิธีการและขั้นตอน โดยอาจแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการหรือมอบหมายหน่วยงานอื่นใดเพื่อดำเนินการก็ได้ คณะกรรมการอาจแต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการเพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ ให้กรรมการและอนุกรรมการที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งตามมาตรานี้ได้รับค่าตอบแทนตามที่กระทรวงการคลัง กำหนด
