ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามหนังสือเรียกของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่หรือไม่ส่งข้อมูลให้แก่ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๖๒ (๑) หรือ
(๒) โดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควรแล้วแต่กรณี ต้องระวางโทษ ปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท
