บรรดากฎกระทรวง ประกาศ หรือระเบียบ ที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วย การปฏิบัติต่ออากาศยานที่กระทำผิดกฎหมาย พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๙ ซึ่งใช้บังคับอยู่ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ มีผลใช้บังคับ ให้คงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับบทบัญญัติในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ จนกว่า จะมีกฎกระทรวง ประกาศ หรือระเบียบ ที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
