1 sectionsภายใต้ความตกลงระหว่างประเทศเกี่ยวกับภาษีอากรตามหมวด ๑ การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลแบบร้องขอ หรือความตกลงตามหมวด ๒ การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลแบบอัตโนมัติ ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้มีอำนาจของประเทศไทยมีอำนาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลที่ได้รับตามพระราชกำหนดนี้ หรือข้อมูล ที่ได้รับจากเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้มีอำนาจของคู่สัญญา ให้แก่เจ้าพนักงานประเมินตามประมวลรัษฎากร หรือกฎหมายว่าด้วยภาษีเงินได้ปิโตรเลียม หรือกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับภาษีอากรอื่นตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
