บรรดาการส่งตัว การรับแจ้ง การรับรายงาน และการสอบสวนเบื้องต้น ที่ค้างดำเนินการอยู่ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ดำเนินการต่อไปตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วย ความผิดบางประการต่อการเดินอากาศ พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๑ จนกว่าจะเสร็จสิ้น
