ให้มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัยจำหน่ายที่ดินที่ระบุไว้ในมาตรา ๓ และเมื่อได้จดทะเบียนสิทธิและนิติกรรมโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ในที่ดินแล้ว ให้มหาวิทยาลัยประกาศใน ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ในประกาศนั้นให้แสดงวันที่โอนกรรมสิทธิ์ในที่ดิน ชื่อผู้ซื้อที่ดินและราคา ที่จำหน่ายไว้ด้วย
