Section ๑๘
ในกรณีผู้เคยเป็นสมาชิกรัฐสภาถึงแก่กรรม ให้บุคคลตามลำดับดังต่อไปนี้เป็นผู้มีสิทธิ ขอรับเงินจากกองทุนก่อนหลัง
(๑) บุคคลที่ผู้เคยเป็นสมาชิกรัฐสภาได้แสดงเจตนาเป็นหนังสือให้เป็นผู้มีสิทธิขอรับเงินจากกองทุน
(๒) คู่สมรส
(๓) บุตร
(๔) บิดามารดา การขอรับเงินตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้ผู้มีสิทธิขอรับเงินยื่นคำขอต่อสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ภายในหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่ผู้เคยเป็นสมาชิกรัฐสภาถึงแก่กรรม ทั้งนี้ ตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
