ภายในหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีงบประมาณทุกปี ให้สำนักงานเลขาธิการ สภาผู้แทนราษฎรจัดทำบัญชีรายรับรายจ่ายของกองทุนให้สำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินตรวจสอบรับรอง เมื่อสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินตรวจสอบบัญชีตามวรรคหนึ่งแล้ว ให้สำนักงานเลขาธิการ สภาผู้แทนราษฎรเสนอรายงานผลการสอบบัญชีดังกล่าวต่อคณะกรรมการและสภาผู้แทนราษฎรและวุฒิสภา เพื่อทราบต่อไป
