ผู้รับใบอนุญาตต้องมีใบอนุญาตอยู่กับตัวหรืออยู่ ณ สถานที่ทำงานในระหว่าง เวลาทำงานเพื่อแสดงต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่หรือนายทะเบียนได้เสมอ
