ให้ผู้สอบบัญชีรายงานผลการสอบบัญชีต่อคณะกรรมการกองทุนเพื่อเสนอต่อ คณะรัฐมนตรีภายในหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีบัญชี และให้กรมการจัดหางานเผยแพร่งบการเงิน ที่ผู้สอบบัญชีรับรองแล้วภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่คณะรัฐมนตรีรับทราบ
