ผู้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ใดไม่แจ้งต่อนายทะเบียนตามมาตรา ๒๒หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตาม มาตรา ๒๔ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท
