ให้คณะกรรมการแต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการให้ความช่วยเหลือคณะหนึ่งหรือ หลายคณะ เพื่อมีอำนาจหน้าที่พิจารณาให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ยื่นคำขอในทุกภารกิจของกองทุนทั่วราชอาณาจักร ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด ให้เลขานุการคณะอนุกรรมการให้ความช่วยเหลือรายงานผลการพิจารณาให้ความช่วยเหลือต่อ คณะกรรมการทุกรอบสามเดือน
