บุคคลอาจขอรับความช่วยเหลือจากกองทุนในการดำเนินคดี การขอปล่อยชั่วคราว การถูกละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนหรือการได้รับผลกระทบจากการถูกละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชน ตลอดจน การสนับสนุนโครงการให้ความรู้ทางกฎหมายแก่ประชาชน หลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขการยื่นคำขอ แบบคำขอ การพิจารณาให้ความช่วยเหลือ ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
