เภสัชกรผู้ใดไม่จัดให้มีการลงบัญชีรายละเอียดการขายตามมาตรา ๙๗วรรคหนึ่ง หรือมาตรา ๙๘หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๙๙ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท
