ในกรณีที่คนต่างด้าวเข้ามาทำงานตามพระราชกำหนดนี้ และต้องถูกส่งตัว กลับไปยังประเทศต้นทางตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยคนเข้าเมืองหรือกฎหมายอื่น ให้หน่วยงานที่ดำเนินการ ส่งคนต่างด้าวกลับไปยังประเทศต้นทางเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายจากนายจ้างหรือผู้รับอนุญาตได้
