1 sectionsเพื่อประโยชน์ในการดำเนินการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้นายกรัฐมนตรีมีอำนาจ สั่งให้กองทุนชี้แจง แสดงความคิดเห็น ทำรายงาน หรือยับยั้งการกระทำที่ไม่เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ ตามมาตรา ๕ หรือไม่สอดคล้องกับหน้าที่ของรัฐตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ แผนและขั้นตอนการปฏิรูปประเทศ นโยบายของรัฐบาล และมติคณะรัฐมนตรี ที่เกี่ยวกับกองทุน ตลอดจนสั่งสอบสวนข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนได้ ในกรณีที่กองทุนต้องเสนอเรื่องไปยังคณะรัฐมนตรี ให้กองทุนนำเรื่องเสนอนายกรัฐมนตรี เพื่อเสนอต่อไปยังคณะรัฐมนตรี
