ให้คณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งดูแลให้การแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการออกเสียง เป็นไปโดยสุจริตและมิให้มีการกระทำที่เป็นการฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ และวิธีการที่คณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งกำหนด
