เมื่อเสร็จสิ้นการลงคะแนนออกเสียงตามมาตรา ๓๔ แล้ว ให้คณะกรรมการ ประจำหน่วยออกเสียงดำเนินการนับคะแนนออกเสียงจากบัตรออกเสียง ของแต่ละหน่วยออกเสียง โดยให้กระทำ ณ ที่ออกเสียงของแต่ละหน่วยออกเสียงและให้กระทำโดยเปิดเผย ห้ามมิให้เลื่อน หรือประวิงเวลาการนับคะแนนออกเสียง หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการการนับคะแนนออกเสียงจากบัตรออกเสียงให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการ การเลือกตั้งกำหนด
