ให้คณะกรรมการจัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ประจำปี ซึ่งต้องแสดง รายละเอียดแผนงานและผลการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ตลอดจนอุปสรรคและแผนการดำเนินงานในระยะต่อไป เสนอต่อคณะรัฐมนตรีและรัฐสภาภายในสามเดือนนับแต่วันสิ้นปีปฏิทิน รัฐมนตรี สภาผู้แทนราษฎร วุฒิสภา และคณะกรรมาธิการอาจขอให้กรรมการหรือเลขาธิการ ชี้แจงการดำเนินงานในเรื่องใดเรื่องหนึ่งเป็นหนังสือหรือขอให้มาชี้แจงด้วยวาจาได้
