Preamble

กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมสำหรับผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๗ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวง (พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๙) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗
  2. Section ๒ให้กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียม ดังต่อไปนี้ (๑) ค่าขึ้นทะเบียนและรับใบอนุญาต เป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม ฉบับละ ๕,๐๐๐ บาท (๒)…
