ให้ประธานสภา สมาชิก ผู้เคยเป็นสมาชิกเฉพาะกิจซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งตามมาตรา ๑๑ กรรมการ และอนุกรรมการ ได้รับเบี้ยประชุมและประโยชน์ตอบแทนอื่นตามที่คณะรัฐมนตรีกำหนด ที่ปรึกษาตามมาตรา ๑๐ มีสิทธิได้รับค่าตอบแทนและสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นตามที่คณะรัฐมนตรี กำหนด
