ในกรณีที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานซึ่งเป็นหญิงมีครรภ์หรือแท้งบุตร หากมีใบรับรองของแพทย์ แผนปัจจุบันชั้นหนึ่งมาแสดงว่าไม่อาจปฏิบัติงานในหน้าที่เดิมต่อไปได้ ให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานนั้นมีสิทธิขอให้ สถาบันเปลี่ยนงานในหน้าที่เดิมเป็นการชั่วคราวได้ และให้สถาบันพิจารณาเปลี่ยนงานที่เหมาะสม ให้แก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานนั้น
