ให้ผู้ได้รับหนังสือรับรองสถานฝึกอบรมออกหนังสือรับรองว่าได้ผ่านการฝึกอบรม หลักสูตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยตามมาตรา ๓๔ ก.

(๔) ให้แก่ผู้ที่ผ่านการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร การรักษาความปลอดภัย
