Section ๘๖
ให้คณะกรรมการการแข่งขันทางการค้าตามพระราชบัญญัติการแข่งขัน ทางการค้า พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ต่อไปจนกว่าจะมีการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการการแข่งขันทางการค้าตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ ให้ดำเนินการสรรหาและคัดเลือกกรรมการการแข่งขันทางการค้าตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้แล้วเสร็จ ภายในสองร้อยเจ็ดสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
