หมวด ๕ การฟ้องคดีเรียกค่าเสียหาย
2 sectionsให้บุคคลซึ่งได้รับความเสียหายอันเนื่องจากการฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๕๐ มาตรา ๕๑ วรรคสอง มาตรา ๕๔ มาตรา ๕๕ มาตรา ๕๗ หรือมาตรา ๕๘ มีสิทธิฟ้องคดีเรียกค่าเสียหายจาก ผู้กระทำการฝ่าฝืนนั้นได้ ในการฟ้องคดีเรียกค่าเสียหายตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้คณะกรรมการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค สมาคมหรือ มูลนิธิที่คณะกรรมการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภครับรองตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค มีสิทธิฟ้องคดี เรียกค่าเสียหายแทนผู้บริโภคหรือสมาชิกของสมาคมหรือมูลนิธิได้ แล้วแต่กรณี
การฟ้องคดีเรียกค่าเสียหายตามมาตรา ๖๙ ถ้ามิได้นำคดีสู่ศาลภายในกำหนด หนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่ผู้ได้รับความเสียหายรู้หรือควรจะได้รู้ถึงเหตุดังกล่าว ให้สิทธิในการนำคดีสู่ศาลเป็นอันสิ้นไป เล่ม ๑๓๔ ตอนที่ ๗๐ ก
