Section ๕

ให้ส่วนราชการในพระองค์มีหน้าที่วางแผนการถวายความปลอดภัย ตลอดจน การอำนวยการ ประสานงาน ควบคุม และปฏิบัติงานในการถวายความปลอดภัย โดยมีราชเลขานุการ ในพระองค์ของพระมหากษัตริย์เป็นผู้บังคับบัญชารับผิดชอบ ทั้งนี้ ต้องปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามพระราชประสงค์ ในกรณีที่มีการกำหนดแผนการถวายความปลอดภัยตามวรรคหนึ่งและมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับ หน่วยงานของรัฐแห่งใด ให้แผนการถวายความปลอดภัยนั้นมีผลตามกฎหมายที่หน่วยงานของรัฐแห่งนั้น มีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามด้วย
