Section ๑๑

ให้คณะกรรมการมีอำนาจแต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการ เพื่อปฏิบัติการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด ตามที่คณะกรรมการมอบหมายได้ ให้นำบทบัญญัติในมาตรา ๑๐ มาใช้บังคับแก่การประชุมของคณะอนุกรรมการโดยอนุโลม
