กรรมการตามมาตรา ๙ (๔) และ

(๕) มีวาระอยู่ในต้าแหน่งคราวละสามปี และอาจได้รับการคัดเลือกหรือแต่งตังใหม่อีกได้ แต่จะด้ารงต้าแหน่งเกินสองวาระติดต่อกันมิได้
