Section ๑๕

ในกรณีที่กรรมการตามมาตรา ๙ (๔) หรือ

(๕) ด้ารงต้าแหน่งครบวาระแล้ว ให้กรรมการซึ่งพ้นจากต้าแหน่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไปจนกว่าจะมีการคัดเลือกหรือแต่งตังกรรมการขึนใหม่
