Preamble

เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๓๗ ก หนา้ ๖ กฎกระทรวง การชำระค่าปรับเป็นพินัยผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พ.ศ. 2566 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๔ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๓๕ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ว่าด้วยการปรับเป็นพินัย พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ นายกรัฐมนตรีออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
