เมื่อเจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นร้องขอ ศาลอาจสั่งให้ผู้กระทำความผิดแก้ไขสภาพของ อสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ถูกเปลี่ยนแปลงให้เป็นไปตามที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในผังเมืองรวมหรือผังเมืองเฉพาะ ภายใน ระยะเวลาที่กำหนดให้ หรือให้เจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นมีอำนาจจัดการอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งเพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไข ให้เป็นไปตามผังเมืองรวมหรือผังเมืองเฉพาะนั้น และคิดเอาค่าใช้จ่ายจากเจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครอง อสังหาริมทรัพย์ตามที่จ่ายจริง เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๗๑ ก หนา้ ๖๘
