Section ๑๐๙

บรรดาพระราชกฤษฎีกา กฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ ประกาศหรือคำสั่ง ซึ่งออกโดยอาศัยอำนาจตามพระราชบัญญัติการผังเมือง พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๘ และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้คงใช้บังคับต่อไปได้เท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชบัญญัตินี้ จนกว่าจะได้มีการออกพระราชกฤษฎีกา กฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ ประกาศ หรือคำสั่ง ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
