ให้นำความในมาตรา ๗๒ มาตรา ๗๓ และมาตรา ๗๔ มาใช้บังคับกับคุณสมบัติ และลักษณะต้องห้าม การดำรงตำแหน่ง และการพ้นจากตำแหน่งของกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและกรรมการ ที่เป็นบุคคลอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผังเมืองในคณะกรรมการผังเมืองจังหวัดด้วยโดยอนุโลม เว้นแต่อำนาจ ของคณะรัฐมนตรีตามกรณีมาตรา ๗๔
