ทรัพย์สินของเด็กและเยาวชนที่ได้รับการปล่อยตัวหรือหลบหนีไปซึ่งตกค้าง อยู่ในสถานที่ควบคุม หากเด็กและเยาวชนไม่มารับคืนไปภายในหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่ได้รับการปล่อยตัวหรือ หลบหนี ให้ตกเป็นของแผ่นดิน
