หมวด ๘ บทกำหนดโทษ
1 sectionsผู้ใดนำสิ่งของต้องห้ามเข้าไปในสถานที่ควบคุมไม่ว่าด้วยวิธีใด โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต จากเจ้าพนักงานพินิจ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ ถ้าผู้กระทำความผิดตามวรรคหนึ่งเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ของกรมพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน ต้องระวางโทษเป็นสามเท่าของโทษที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น สิ่งของต้องห้ามตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้ริบเสียทั้งสิ้น เล่ม ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๑๒ ก
