Section ๑๙

การใช้บังคับและระยะเวลาของพิธีสาร

(๑) พิธีสารนี้จะใช้บังคับในวันที่สามสิบหลังจากวันที่ภาคีอนุสัญญา ๑๐ ประเทศ ได้ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดในวรรค ๒ของข้อ ๑๘ (๒)พิธีสารนี้จะสิ้นสุดการใช้บังคับเมื่ออนุสัญญาสิ้นสุดการใช้บังคับ
